Affordable Makeup Brushes Available In India

Don't get me wrong when you read the title. Compared to other beauty enthusiasts, I do not stand a chance of winning the title of having the highest number of makeup brushes. But yes, I do have an extra edge.

The brushes that I am going to introduce in this post are not over INR 500 each!

I started doing makeup at a very young age. I think I was 5 when I had applied lipstick for the first time. Don't misunderstand me, I did not do makeup on a regular basis when I was 5. I come from a small town, and applying makeup on a daily basis didn't make any sense to me, and I wasn't comfortable with the idea as well. Yeah, but having a stroke of kajal and a hint of lip gloss was something I was always up for. I was stunned when I discovered that women actually wear foundation on a daily basis. It was hard for me to digest the idea that people have such interesting approach towards makeup. Then I discovered a whole new world of makeup & beauty community on Youtube. I was obsessed instantly. I couldn't get enough of it. I did try starting my own channel but was not successful, I did not have that level of confidence to talk to the camera, so I quit. But soon, I will be starting my own Beauty & Lifestyle channel once again on Youtube.

So, 17 years later, since I was so astounded with makeup, I decided to order makeup brushes. At this point, I had already started doing makeup (BB Cream, Blush, Eyeshadow etc) on a daily basis. I did a looooot of research, but my budget did not match the investigation. However one day I stumbled upon Amazon and searched for makeup brushes. I was blown away by the results it gave me. I had endless options for affordable brushes. So, again I did my research with the best-rated brushes, reading the review, searching for better deals etc. And finally, I ordered my first set of makeup brushes.

So these are the brushes I had ordered from Amazon (you can find them HERE). I have been using them for over 2 years now. They did shed initially, but they have been a good investment so far. They are really dense and the quality of hair is simply amazing. They feel very soft on the skin as well. I paid around INR 1600 for 10 brushes!

I am completely satisfied with the product, for the price that I had paid. I would highly recommend these brushes if you are on a budget. Frankly speaking, I think they would last me for over 2-3 years now. Now that's a bargain!

Furthermore, I have other affordable brushes such as Colorbar, Wizer, Brushman as well. These are my TOP 3 SMUDGER BRUSHES

Alright, so Brush no. 1 is a generic brand, again from Amazon BUY HERE. It had come in a set of 6, for which I had paid around INR 450. Brush no. 2 is from Brushman, I think I had paid around INR 250, I got this from a store call Sunshine in Clover Centre, Pune. Brush no. 3 is a brand called Wizer, I had paid around INR 200, again from the same shop.

These are my TOP 3 BLENDING BRUSHES
Brush no.1 is from the same generic set I had talked about earlier BUY HERE. Brush no. 2 is from Colorbar called as Emphasis Eye Blending Brush BUY HERE, this is my holy grail brush. I have heard a lot of negative things about Colorbar brushes, but this one got nothing on me, it works like a charm. Brush no.3 is from Brushman, its called the Pancake brush, I got this from Sunshine as well. It's similar to MAC E 224.

I also wanted to add my top face brushes as well, but then that would have made this post super lengthy. So I am saving that for some other time. Let me know your thoughts about these brushes if you have tried any of these.
